Warren Gabarée lives in Santa Maria, teaches part-time at Allan Hancock College and is a certified faculty member of Phi Theta Kappa Leadership Development Studies and International Public Leadership and Ethics Programs. He has been an intense student of leadership for over 30 years and has a rich and diverse background as a result of a variety of leadership experiences including involvement in a venture capital funded health care delivery model, a private start-up medical device company, as well as multiple leadership roles helping companies launch new products, manage special projects, and effectively reorganize in response to organizational changes.

As a Certified Leadership Instructor of Phi Theta Kappa's humanities-based leadership development curriculum, Warren Gabarée has taught leadership development for the last eight years to a diverse segment of his community. Dr. Gabarée has been a part-time instructor at Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria, California for the over 15 years while maintaining a full-time private dental practice. He is also very active in his Santa Maria Valley community. He serves on the Advisory Board of The Salvation Army's Santa Maria Corps; is one of the founding leaders of Serve Santa Maria; and the Santa Maria chapter of Royal Family Kids, a faith-based organization committed to making a difference in the life of foster children between the ages of 6 and 12 years old.

He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University. While dentistry is his profession, studying and teaching leadership development is his passion.

In May of 2015, he graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University, earning a Master of Education with a concentration in higher education administration. At a time of life when most people his age would be planning their retirement years, Dr. Gabarée earned a Master of Education degree so as to further his ability to be a catalyst of thought and influence for our nation's next generation of leaders.
